近日，山東省衛生計生委、山東省中醫藥管理局發布《關于公布山東省優質護理服務表現突出個人的通知》，山東省眼科醫院寧娜獲“山東省優質護理服務表現突出個人”榮譽稱號。

寧娜，本科，山東省眼科醫院手術室護士長，參加臨床護理工作13年。山東省眼科醫院是山東省眼科臨床質量控制中心，眼科是山東省重點專科，年均收治眼科危重患者萬余人。作為手術室的護士長，她身先士卒，用心呵護，深化優質護理服務內涵；率先垂范，用情護理，詮釋優質護理服務理念；專業、周到的服務贏得了病人的贊譽和尊重。

“優質護理服務表現突出個人”評選活動是省衛生計生委、省中醫藥管理局為進一步弘揚南丁格爾精神，宣傳護理領域先進典型，發揮引領示范作用，不斷激發護理工作者積極投身醫改、推動健康山東建設、為人民群眾提供優質護理服務的熱情開展的評選活動。各獲評個人要珍惜榮譽，充分發揮模范帶頭作用，努力推進優質護理服務工作，以更加嶄新的風貌、創新的思維和奮發有為的精神再創佳績。

Na NING of Our Hospital selected as “Shandong Outstanding Individuals in Quality Care Services”

Recently, the Health and Family Planning Commission of Shandong Province and the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine released the “Notice on the announcement of Shandong Outstanding Individuals in Quality Care Services”. Na NING of our hospital was selected as one of the “Shandong Outstanding Individuals in Quality Care Services”.

Na NING is the head nurse of the operating rooms. She has been engaged in clinical nursing for 13 years. Ophthalmology is one of the Shandong provincial important specialized subjects and Shandong Eye Hospital is the Shandong Provincial Quality Control Center for Clinical Ophthalmology. More than 10 thousand patients with severe eye diseases are treated in our hospital annually. As the head nurse of the operating rooms, Na NING takes the lead on all aspects to provide high-quality service to patients. Her professional and thoughtful service has won the praise and respect from patients.

The selection of “Shandong Outstanding Individuals in Quality Care Services” was organized by the Health and Family Planning Commission and the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to further promote the Nightingale spirit, commend outstanding individuals and motivate the healthcare workers.
