近日，省科技廳發布《關于對2018年省級臨床醫學研究中心建設名單(第一批)進行公示的通知》，首批5家省級臨床醫學研究中心依托單位，均在濟南。

省科技廳會同省財政廳、省衛生計生委、省食品藥品監管局組織專家進行了初評、現場考察和答辯論證等，擬將糖尿病與代謝疾病、生殖健康、急危重癥、眼科角膜疾病和血液系統疾病等5家省級臨床醫學研究中心列入2018年第一批建設名單。

　　公示名單中，5家省級臨床醫學研究中心為省糖尿病與代謝疾病臨床醫學研究中心、省生殖健康臨床醫學研究中心、省急危重癥臨床醫學研究中心、省眼科角膜疾病臨床醫學研究中心、省血液系統疾病臨床醫學研究中心，對應的依托單位分別為山東省立醫院、山東大學附屬生殖醫院、山東大學齊魯醫院、山東省眼科醫院、山東大學齊魯醫院。

　　為進一步加快健康領域重大科技創新平臺建設，完善以臨床應用為導向的醫學科技創新體系，助力全省醫養健康產業新舊動能轉換，3月6日，山東省科技廳印發《關于啟動省級臨床醫學研究中心建設助力新舊動能轉換的工作方案》(以下簡稱《方案》)，啟動了省級臨床醫學研究中心建設工作。

　　臨床醫學研究中心是“十三五”期間全省重點部署的一類技術創新與成果轉化類科技創新基地，是面向全省疾病防治和健康產業發展需求，以臨床醫療機構為主體，由高校、研究單位和企業共同參與建設的“醫產學研用”一體的醫學科技協同創新網絡，是全省醫養健康產業創新發展的重要載體和重大科技創新平臺。

　　《方案》明確了2018年臨床中心布局的“四個優先”原則：優先在發病率高、死亡率高、致殘率高、經濟負擔重(三高一重)的疾病領域;優先面向重點人群(兒童、婦女、老年人);優先發揮中醫藥傳統特色;優先在國內具有一定領先地位和引領作用的疾病防治領域。本著以上原則，惡性腫瘤;兒童健康與疾病、生殖健康、老年性疾病(聚焦老年神經性疾病);中醫(心腦血管疾病);骨科、醫學檢驗、皮膚與免疫疾病和前期遴選的急危重癥、糖尿病與代謝疾病、眼科角膜疾病和血液系統疾病等領域將成為2018年臨床中心重點建設的領域。

Shandong Eye Hospital Selected as One of the First Batch of Shandong Provincial Clinical Medical Research Centers

Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province has issued Notice on Publicizing the Construction List of Shandong Provincial Clinical Medical Research Centers of 2018 (First Batch). According to the document, the supporting institutions for the five provincial clinical medical research centers in the first batch are all in Jinan.

The only medical eye institution on the list is Shandong Eye Hospital.

Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province, together with Shandong Province Finance Bureau, Health and Family Planning Commission of Shandong Province, Shandong Food and Drug Administration, organized experts to conduct the preliminary assessment, site inspection and oral defense. According to the decision, five provincial clinical medical research centers including diabetes and metabolic disease, reproductive health, emergency and severe disease, corneal disease and hematologic disease were on the list of the first batch of centers of 2018.

The five provincial clinical medical research centers: Shandong Provincial Clinical Medical Center for Diabetes and Metabolic Disease, Shandong Provincial Clinical Medical Center for Reproductive Health, Shandong Provincial Clinical Medical Center for Emergency and Severe Disease, Shandong Provincial Clinical Medical Center for Corneal Disease and Shandong Provincial Clinical Medical Center for Hematologic Disease.

The respective supporting institutions: Shandong Provincial Hospital, Reproductive Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, Shandong Eye Hospital and Qilu Hospital of Shandong University.
