2016年12月20日，由中國醫學科學院主辦，中國醫學科學院醫學信息研究所承辦的“2016年度中國醫院科技影響力排行榜發布儀式暨第四屆中國醫學科學發展論壇”在中國醫學科學院禮堂舉行。
? 中國醫學科學院北京協和醫學院院校長曹雪濤院士出席發布儀式并致辭。科技部社會發展科技司吳遠彬司長、國家衛生計生委科技教育司吳沛新副司長、中國科學報社陳鵬社長、中國醫師協會常務副會長兼秘書長楊民等出席了發布儀式。
? 山東省眼科研究所（山東省眼科醫院、青島眼科醫院）在本年度中國醫院科技影響力排行榜（眼科學）中位列第5位，連續三年蟬聯中國醫院科技影響力排行榜（眼科學）前十位。
? 2016年度中國醫院科技影響力排行榜以全國1325家三級醫院為評價對象，以國家標準《學科分類與代碼》為分類依據，學科范圍為該標準“臨床醫學”下的二級類目，以及“內科學”和“外科學”兩個二級類目下的三級類目，針對醫院的26個學科開展科技影響力評價。評價指標體系包括科技投入、科技產出和學術影響3個一級指標、9個二級指標和21個三級指標。客觀真實的反應了醫院的科技競爭力及發展實力。

Chinese Hospital Technology Impact Rankings Year 2016 was released, Shandong Eye Institute (Shandong Eye Hospital, Qingdao Eye Hospital) rose to the fifth place in the rankings of national eye hospitals

On December 20, 2016, the “Announcement Ceremony of the Rankings of Chinese Hospital Technology Impact of Year 2016 & the Fourth China Medical Science Development Forum” was held at the auditorium of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS).

Academician Xuetao CAO, who is the President of Peking Union Medical College, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS), attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Director Yuanbin WU of the Department of Science and Technology for Social Development of MOST, deputy director Peixin WU of the Department of Science, Technology and Education of National Health and Family Planning Commission, president Peng CHEN of China Science Daily and the executive vice-president and secretary general Min YANG of Chinese Mecical Doctor Association attended the announcement ceremony.

Shandong Eye Institute (Shandong Eye Hospital, Qingdao Eye Hospital) rose to the fifth place in the rankings of Chinese Hospital Technology Impact (Ophthalmology) this year, having been among the top ten in the rankings of Chinese Hospital Technology Impact (Ophthalmology) for three consecutive years.

The rankings of year 2016 evaluated 1,325 third-grade hospitals all over the country. Based on scientific classification and evaluation criterion, the rankings objectively and truly reflect the technological competitiveness and development strength of hospitals.

Shandong Eye Institute (Shandong Eye Hospital, Qingdao Eye Hospital) stood out among the hospitals nationwide included in the evaluation, fully demonstrating the soft power for technological development and the ability to promote the clinical development with technological development.

謝立信院士

山東省眼科研究所（山東省眼科醫院、青島眼科醫院）創始人。中國工程院院士，山東省醫學科學院名譽院長，中華醫學會眼科學分會榮譽主任委員，角膜病學組前任組長；亞洲角膜病學會副主席。于1991年在青島創立山東省眼科研究所，2004年在濟南創建山東省眼科醫院。?
??謝立信院士是我國角膜病專業的開拓者和領軍者。在角膜病的科研、臨床診療方面成績卓著，出版有《角膜病學》、《角膜病圖譜》等專著4部，發表學術論文500余篇；先后榮獲國家科技進步二等獎3項，何梁何利科技創新獎，山東省科技最高獎等省部級獎勵十余項。榮獲美國眼科學會杰出成就獎等國際眼科專業大獎6項。

史偉云教授

山東省眼科研究所所長、黨委書記，山東省眼科醫院院長；中華醫學會眼科學分會角膜病學組組長。
? 史偉云教授主持863計劃、973計劃、國科金重點、重大項目等20余項。在角膜病科研和臨床方面做出了大量開拓性創新，在診治疑難角膜病方面具有豐富的臨床經驗，出版專著《角膜病學》、《角膜手術學》，發表學術論文300余篇；先后榮獲國家科技進步二等獎2項，省部級一等獎5項；榮獲山東省泰山攀登計劃專家稱號、中華眼科杰出成就獎，還獲得亞太眼科杰出成就醫師獎等國際學術大獎。
